Our Story
Grounded Marketing Studio started with a simple idea: small businesses in high-stakes markets deserve marketing that's as sharp as they are. Not generic templates. Not recycled trends. Strategy and execution built for the way these businesses actually operate.
Before founding Grounded, we saw the same pattern play out again and again. Marketing that looked good on the surface, but didn't quite sound like the brand it was supposed to represent.
The message, the feeling, the way a customer was meant to experience the brand all got flattened into something more generic along the way.
Grounded exists to fix that. We don't show up with a template and ask you to fit into it. We listen first, then build marketing that actually sounds like you and lands the way you intend it to.
Today, Grounded works with resorts, luxury retail, real estate, and hospitality brands across social media, brand strategy, content, email, and campaigns. We're hands-on, strategic, and built to grow with you, not just check boxes on a retainer.

As founder of Grounded Marketing Studio, Tracie builds brands that actually move, blending strategy, storytelling, and just enough boldness to make people pay attention. From luxury jewelry to nonprofits to real estate, she has a knack for turning "we need marketing" into "we can't imagine not having this."
With 15+ years in marketing, Tracie sits at the intersection of creativity and clarity. She's the one asking: is this beautiful? Yes. But is it working?
Her work is rooted in a simple belief: consistency beats virality, and the brands that win are the ones that show up thoughtfully, strategically, and with a point of view.
She's also not afraid to challenge the status quo, bring a little edge to luxury, or remind clients that playing it safe rarely gets remembered.
When she's not leading strategy sessions or building campaigns, you can find her speaking about AI and the future of marketing, serving on the Womentum board, hiking with her husband and pup, reading with her kitties, or quietly plotting how to make the next idea even better.
